TRANSACTIONAL WEBSITE
OBJECTIVE
At NIU, I was tasked to create a multi-page transactional website. I created a shopping site for hijabs and accessories. This gave me the opportunity to create some branding for the products as well as a website prototype. Below is the process and final product for this project.
BRANDING
The color palette consisted of neutral colors to represent a calm & peaceful mood throughout the shopping experience.
LOGO
I chose the name Haya, an Arabic term that translates to modesty. The mark is an illustration of the word Haya in Arabic, and the english term was set in the font Sofia Pro Condensed.
ACCESSORIES
No hijab shopping experience would be complete without the accessories! These hijab magnets were illustrated is Adobe Illustrator, and shoppers could purchase them in multiple colors.
PROCESS
I primarily used standard UI/UX layout elements on my website. The sitemap and wireframes give a quick run down on how I organized my website.
